A hint of MEGA PROJECT Problem in AMAL Fellowship

In our 3rd project work, we are assigned to bring solutions to some societies problems or gaps that we think we can solve them with our creativity. Some of my solutions to problems are as under.

1. Home Kitchen

Problem Statement I have observed professional people and students living in hostels (away from their home and family), often have to compromise on home-made.

Origin of Idea: Many of people who have lived a life in hostel can relate to it. One of my friend told me a story about how they hired an AUNT (commonly Aunti) living near their hostel to cook for them in exchange of money. So both parties were quite happy. My friends were enjoying home-made delicious food and Aunti was earning money by working from home.

Solution: We can create an online platform by making home-based housewives to cook for hostel-based professionals and students and deliver them these delicious homemade food items. Our items will be cost effective and hygienic and fresh too.

Discussion: I have discussed my idea with many relatable people and they have share the following views on this.

1. Food panda is already doing it.
2. How will housewives will agree to cook?
3. The idea is amazing if it starts functioning
4. What will be the quality check?
5. How much capital will be required for this setup?

2. Freelance Outsource Site

Problem Statement: Many of successful freelancers of Pakistan who are earning quite successfully through sites like Fiverr and Upwork, likes to outsource their orders to others freelancers at lesser rates through Facebook or Whatsapp groups.

Solution: We can create a site for such tasks and mainstream all these buying and selling of tasks and works.

Discussion: I have discussed my idea with many relatable people and they have share the following views on this.

1. What about copyright issue with fiverr and Upwork?
2. How would you engage people to come to your platform?
3. It can be possible if there are no copyright issue.
4. It will save a lot of frauds if mainstreamed.
5. It will help other freelancers who are not getting ideas on Fiverr and Upwork.
